Booking & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Requirements

• Tours must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
• Online requests are confirmed by us within 24 hours (not instant bookings)
• Maximum 6 guests per tour, strictly enforced for safety and comfort
• All prices quoted in Canadian dollars

Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund

• Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: No refund
• Weather- or safety-related cancellations by us receive a full refund or reschedule

Modification Policy

• Date changes subject to availability
• Guest-count changes must be confirmed in advance
• Bookings can be modified up to 24 hours before departure

• Life jackets provided and must be worn at all times

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
• Pregnant guests and those with mobility issues should consult before booking
• No alcohol permitted on tours
• Captain reserves the right to cancel for safety reasons

We're so confident in our local knowledge that if you don't see significant wildlife on your tour, we'll refund 50% of the tour cost or offer a complimentary return trip.

*Guarantee applies to wildlife tours only. Whale sightings are seasonal and not guaranteed.
