Booking & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Requirements

  • • Valid credit card required to secure reservation
  • • Guest must be 19+ years old to make a reservation
  • • Maximum occupancy strictly enforced for safety and comfort
  • • All rates quoted in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes

Cancellation Policy

✓ Free Cancellation

Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund

  • 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund
  • • Weather-related cancellations reviewed case by case
  • • Boat tour cancellations: 24-hour notice required for refund

Modification Policy

  • • Date changes subject to availability and rate differences
  • • Room upgrades available based on availability
  • • Guest count changes must be approved in advance
  • • Tour bookings can be modified up to 24 hours before departure

Quiet Hours & Respect

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
  • • Respect other guests and neighbors
  • • No loud music or parties
  • • Hot tub use ends at 10:00 PM
  • • Common areas close at 11:00 PM

Smoking & Substances

🚭 Strictly Non-Smoking Property

Smoking inside rooms or common areas will result in immediate eviction and $300 cleaning fee

  • • Smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas
  • • Cannabis use follows British Columbia regulations
  • • No illegal substances permitted on property
  • • Excessive alcohol consumption may result in removal

Pet Policy

  • Currently no pets permitted (including emotional support animals)
  • • Service animals welcome with proper documentation
  • • Pet-friendly accommodations available nearby upon request
  • • Policy subject to change - check current status when booking

Kitchen & Food Policy

  • No kitchen access for guests (B&B regulations)
  • • Microwave, kettle, coffee maker available in common area
  • • Continental breakfast included (7:30 AM - 9:30 AM)

Boat Tour Policies

Booking & Cancellation

  • • Tours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
  • • Payment due upon arrival (not included in room rate)
  • • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure
  • • Tours cancelled due to weather receive full refund or reschedule
  • • Maximum 6 passengers per tour for personalized experience

Wildlife Guarantee

We're so confident in our local knowledge that if you don't see significant wildlife on your tour, we'll refund 50% of the tour cost or offer a complimentary return trip.

*Guarantee applies to wildlife tours only. Whale sightings are seasonal and not guaranteed.
